2012 is the 30th anniversary of this exposition. Wildlife shows, exhibitions and demonstrations fill Gaillard Auditorium, Marion Square Park and other venues around Charleston. Cooking demonstrations from various local chefs highlight the weekend. Dates are February 17 -19, 2012. Cooking classes and the 17th Annual Duck Shuck Oyster Roast are all part of the fun.
